Appointments, access, and vehicle condition
You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle and contact information, arriving as scheduled, and ensuring we can safely access and work on the vehicle. Please remove valuables and personal property before service. You must disclose known repainting, body repairs, aftermarket parts, electrical issues, paint defects, coatings, wraps, film, damage, or other conditions that could affect the work.
Appointment, deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, pickup, storage, and payment requirements will be stated in your estimate, appointment confirmation, work order, or invoice. Those service-specific terms apply to the applicable transaction.
Installation results and care
Paint protection film, window film, ceramic coatings, vinyl wraps, and related products require installation and curing. Temporary haze, moisture, small water pockets, edge appearance, or other curing characteristics may occur within manufacturer or industry tolerances. Results can be affected by vehicle age, design, paint or glass condition, prior repairs, contamination, environmental conditions, and customer care.
You agree to follow all aftercare, curing, washing, inspection, and maintenance instructions we provide. Failure to follow those instructions, misuse, accidents, environmental damage, improper maintenance, alterations, or work performed by others may affect performance or warranty coverage.
Product and workmanship warranties
Any applicable product or workmanship warranty will be described in the manufacturer’s warranty, work order, invoice, or other written warranty documentation supplied for your service. Warranty coverage, exclusions, claim procedures, and remedies vary by product and service. Nothing on this website creates an additional warranty beyond those written terms or any warranty that cannot legally be excluded.
Payments
You agree to pay all charges authorized in the applicable estimate, work order, or invoice, including approved changes and applicable taxes.
